‘90 Bridgestone MB-0 “Zip” - RacerXti
History
My Bridgestone MB-0 (pronounced “M B Zip”), serial number 0224, was purchased at auction in November of 2002. The original owner, also a bicycle collector, left the bicycle with the original parts and accessories. They also provided original catalogs, price sheet, and sales reciept along with the bike.
The bicycle is all original, which is extremely rare for a bike if it’s age. The MB-0 still has the original grips, seat, tires, tubes, and chain which are typically replaced as they wear out.
The MB-0 has only been ridden a few times on dry pavement. Mainly to experience what Ritchey/Bridgestone envisioned in a extra light race bike of that time.

Wow! One of the nicest 1990 MB-Zips I’ve seen in the last 10 years. Been lucky enough to purchase one of these as well, however it’s not in as good of condition as yours. It was ridden by a student/professor in New Mexico, but it’s mostly complete. If you ever consider parting ways with the Zip please let me know.
