History

In 2005 my wife and I had matching Titus Racer X bicycles built for our fifth anniversary. We decided to go full custom geometry, working with Chris at SpeedGoat to assure the bikes matched us perfectly. We had them built out of brushed titanium for a classy timeless look/feel. Less than 1 year from purchasing these bikes, we rode them 5 days through Canyonlands Utah.

The Titus saw little change over the years. The Brooks saddle was replaced with a Specialized Body Geometry saddle. The Oury grips were replaced with Ergon grips.

In 2009 the Racer X had the most improvements made on it. The Race Face cranks were replaced with FSA carbon. The 10 year old Hope C2 brakes were upgraded to Avid Elixir CR. The original Fox F100X fork was upgraded to Fox F-Series RL. The tires were also converted to Stan’s NoTubes.
